  • It happens! You have several options. You can cancel your partnership, reduce the amount you are giving, or simply pause it for whatever time you need.

  • We use a financial giving platform called GiveButter. They enable you to directly manage your partnership. Check your email for your receipt, and click the link in your receipt. We are not allowed to make any changes (other than cancellation) for you, but you can always call or text (304) 917-2616 and we will help you resolve your problems.

If you click the link to manage the monthly payment, there will be an option to connect an account. Sign up using that link and you will have access to the portal.
